Job Description:
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will join a qualified team in delivering solid and quality marketing automation solutions using Salesforce MC. You’ll be part of a techno-functional team that’s responsible for the full setup configuration, development and integration, from conception to deployment and support.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Work closely with customer in requirement gathering, analysis and design
Setup and Configuration Salesforce Marketing Cloud Products
Involved in building journey and automation and fine tuning it.
Involved in campaign development using interaction studio
Involved in producing reports using datorama
Perform system testing and fixing
Support production
Qualifications:
Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant / Developer
Experienced in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation 2-3 year
Possess knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Web Studio, Mobile Studio, Ads Studio, Interaction Studio and Datorama.
2+ years of relevant working experience in IT Consultation Industries / Companies
Proven skill and knowledge in OOP, Java, J2EE and preferably Force.com (Apex)
Good communication skills: English and Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent organization skills, team leading skill, strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, action oriented, result oriented, self-motivated, creative, problem solver, discipline and hard working
