Qualification :
Minimum S1 Accounting / Finance / General Accounting / Financing
Have Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same field
Maximum 30 years old
Good in terms of communication and coordination
High commitment, disciplined and thorough
Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Domicilied in Morowali
Willing to be place in sister company at North Morowali
Job Descriptions :
Organize and responsible for company petty cash
Check the completeness of payment submission documents before being paid from the site or before being submitted to HO
Check the completeness of the report document on the use of advance / reimburse funds from the user
Monitor and check the aging advance user so that it can be completed within 1 month
Create check usage report and other routine reports to be reported to HO
