Position Overview:
We (Aussie Pies) are seeking a highly motivated and proactive B2B Food Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling Australian Food Pastry Products (Pies / Rolls) / into cafes, restaurants and bars.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for the food industry.
On offer is an excellent remuneration package, including uncapped commission!

Responsibilities:
Generate new business and build relationships with cafes, restaurants, and bars.
Increase revenue and meet sales targets by establishing a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Present and promote our food products to prospective customers, emphasising their unique features and benefits.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client.
Effectively negotiate pricing, discounts and terms of agreements with clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery.
Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to develop strategies for growing market share.
Actively participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the food industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with the talent to overcome objections and close deals.
High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with the food and beverage landscape, including current market trends and consumer preferences.
Proficiency in using sales software or customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
Reliable transportation, as travel to client locations will be required.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
